Our office is in Castiglioncello and we are glad to meet by appointment outside office hours too: people coming from further away tend to arrive at the weekend.

The office
You will find us here, in person
It is not a call centre: it is an office with a door, and at the other end of the phone there is always somebody who has seen the houses.
- Without an appointment during opening hours; by appointment in the evening and on Saturdays.
- We answer messages within the working day, in English and German too.
- If you are looking to buy, come with an idea of area and budget: it is quicker.
- If you are selling, bring the land registry search if you have it. If you do not, we will get it.
